At Eight Ounce Coffee, we want you to love your brewing gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for most unused and original-packaged items. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, coffee beans and some consumables are final sale.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Contact Support

Email our team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our Calgary warehouse.

Refund Processing

Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
