Following the natural processing, the coffee is decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate (sugarcane) method. This approach preserves the intense, candy-like sweetness and complex floral aromatics of the original lot, resulting in a vibrant cup that challenges the traditional expectations of decaffeinated coffee.
